Your Movement Journey

From beginner-friendly reformer sessions to high-energy conditioning, we offer a variety of classes designed to support every stage of your fitness journey.

Refomer Base

A supportive, beginner-friendly, technique-focused reformer class designed for those new to reformer Pilates or returning after a break. You’ll learn correct setup, alignment, and controlled movement patterns while building core strength, stability, and confidence on the reformer.

Reformer Plus+

A progressive reformer class for those confident with the fundamentals. Expect stronger sequences, increased coordination, layered progressions and a deeper burn. This class builds strength, endurance and control while maintaining precise technique throughout.

Jumpboard

A dynamic cardio-based reformer class using the jumpboard attachment. Low-impact but high-energy, this session combines strength and cardiovascular intervals for a powerful full-body workout. Expect rhythm, pace and controlled intensity without joint stress.

Pilates Fusion

A full body Pilates inspired workout combining strength, mobility and conditioning through controlled, purposeful movement. Designed to build core strength, posture, flexibility and stability, this class challenges your body in a safe and supportive way while helping you move better and feel stronger over time. More than just Pilates, this is a powerful full body class suitable for all levels, with options provided throughout.

Strength & Conditioning

A structured, music-driven ETM class that delivers a full-body strength workout using both bodyweight and equipment. Designed to build lean muscle, enhance stability, and boost overall fitness, the session combines controlled strength blocks with functional movement patterns, all set to motivating music. Expect progressive overload techniques woven throughout to challenge and develop your strength over time.

DanceFit

An upbeat, energising class combining simple choreography with fitness based movement, all set to feel good music. Expect an easy to follow cardio workout that builds stamina, coordination and confidence in a fun, high energy and welcoming atmosphere. Suitable for all levels with options given throughout. If you love to move, dance and leave class feeling amazing, this is for you.
